Attorney David J. Shestokas

David Shestokas earned his B.A. in Political Science from Bradley University in 1975 and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, cum laude, in June of 1987. In 1986-87 he served on The John Marshall Law Review. He studied law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Courts of Florida and Illinois, and the US District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Illinois.

 

The current emphasis of his practice is assisting Gulf Coast businesses, churches and non-profit organizations to determine if they are eligible to participate in the BP Oil Spill Court Supervised Settlement Process, and if they are, assist in maximizing the settlement.
